Lovely stay here. The pool was definitely the main feature, loved that it was salt water so you didn’t get the stingy eyes. The pool was always clean. I loved the fact you didn’t have to sign in/out towels to use. Such an easy feature. The rooms were clean and simple. The corridors could do with a paint job but that’s about it.
The splash bar was still finding its feet with the young employees, sometimes drinks would turn up and sometimes they wouldn’t use the QR code. Was Much easier to go up and ask. If I could suggest possibly a lifeguard or security around the pool as on our last day it was full of a few drunk hooligans (which despite having 10 beers never seemed to leave to the pool to go to the toilet) 🤢
The buffet Christmas dinner was an abundance of seafood of great value. My husband unfortunately got food poisoning so it did put a damper on our last day. All up a lovely experience

We booked a wheelchair-accessible room- the bathroom was big and perfect, the bed a little low to fit a hoist underneath- but we bought a few bed raisers with us so that wasn’t a problem. One word of warning to wheelchair users though- it’s on a giant hill!! We had so much trouble getting to the reception due to the steepness, but the lovely lady at reception advised us that if we called in advance and they weren’t busy- they could let us in the car park entrance as it has a lift for access.
The staff were amazing- not only the cleaners were polite and offered to vacate the lift they were in when there wasn’t enough room in there for their cart and the wheelchair. The reception staff were so friendly and helpful.

Booked on the app hooper and asked for twin beds. The app sent threw that I only wanted a king bed though. Reception gave us our room which turned out to be dirty and not made with only one bed.. the lady at reception was EXCELLENT and gave us another room with the twin beds I asked for..
